Dr. Charlotte Middleton, a Medical Advisor to Biolae, brings over 25 years of clinical experience to her role, with a specialised focus on integrative medicine for women's health, particularly perimenopause and menopause. Her practice blends evidence-based complementary therapies with conventional medicine, ensuring a balanced, holistic approach to patient care.
A graduate of Flinders University (Adelaide) in 1997, Dr. Middleton began her career in Neonatal, Paediatric, and Maternity Health in hospitals across Australia before transitioning into General Practice in 2012. Her extensive training through the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine has refined her expertise in autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal health, mental health, and preventive medicine.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Middleton has spent nearly a decade driving innovation in digital health, serving in executive roles with health technology companies and providing clinical oversight for products that connect patients and providers through virtual care platforms.
